Hello friends, I am Megan and the face behind Meg Ann Co.! I first started my business back in November of 2020 and it's been quite the journey since. I am 23 years old, a registered nurse, and a full time student going back to school to get my BSN. I love what I do and I enjoy helping others learn the ins and outs of running their very own small business! Let's be friends:)

To speed up the process, please include your name and order number in the email. You should receive a response in 24 hours. Please note that if you send an email over the weekend, you will receive a response the following Monday.

return policy

For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with the tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please create a customer account and log in. From here, you can request a return. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return, please don't hesitate to contact helpmegannco@gmail.com. 

Due to the nature of the online digital courses, and sale items these are non-refundable.

Upon placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days for your items to ship. This period allows us to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they embark on their journey to your doorstep! If the processing time extends 5 days, we will reach out with updates on your order.
